Customers holding USDT can cash out at a VBIT physical store. Send USDT to the store’s receiving address, complete blockchain confirmation and trade checks, then collect HKD cash.

USDT Transfer Network

A USDT transfer must use the same blockchain network as the recipient. At the store, use the receiving details provided, check the network and full address, then send the USDT.

Identification and Wallet Preparation before Visiting

Under the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Terms, you must provide accurate, up-to-date identification before using the service. You can also read About VBIT and Our Stores. Before visiting, prepare:

  • Accurate, up-to-date identification.
  • A wallet or platform account you can log into and operate to send USDT.
  • The USDT quantity you wish to sell, your preferred store and visiting time.

Check Your Wallet, Network and Receiving Address

Using the store’s receiving details, check in your wallet or platform that:

  1. The asset being sent is USDT.
  2. The selected network matches the receiving network.
  3. The full receiving address and quantity are correct.

After sending, keep the TXID and withdrawal record. Use a blockchain explorer for the relevant network to check the status, receiving address and quantity.

Steps to Cash Out USDT for HKD

  1. Ask for a rate: Enquire about the USDT selling rate at the store or through WhatsApp.
  2. Complete verification: Provide identity and trade details for checking.
  3. Check trade details: Confirm the USDT quantity, network, receiving address and HKD amount.
  4. Send USDT: Send to the store’s receiving address and wait for blockchain confirmation.
  5. Check the trade record: Compare the trade amount and exchange rate.
